A 30–45 minute one-on-one consultation for anyone. Whether you're considering a site, about to sign a contract, mid-build, or already in a dispute. We'll walk through your situation, flag the biggest risk or blind spot we can see, and tell you exactly what to do next, including whether you need us at all.

If you go on to book a full service (Contract Review, Due Diligence, etc.), your $99 is credited toward it.
Site & Project Due Diligence Check

The architect looks at what can be designed on this site. We look at what it will actually cost to build. Site access, structural implications of soil and topography, council and zoning constraints, buildability of the design, and a realistic preliminary cost picture before you commit to a site.

Contract & Commercial Review

Your building contract is a financial instrument, not just a legal document. We read the commercial position, not just the legal one. Provisional sum analysis, inclusions/exclusions, prime cost items, variation clause review, programme and payment alignment, and a full cross-check against the plans and specification.

Drawing & Documentation Review

Every missing detail on a drawing becomes a variation on site. We find them before the project starts. Architectural and engineering plans reviewed through a construction lens: coordination gaps, specification errors, and compliance issues that could affect permits or sequencing.
